How long does it take to get a wholesale equipment quote?
Send the article list, quantities, and delivery country. We reply with line-item pricing, lead times, and the conformity documents included once we have confirmed availability with our suppliers. Complex mixed pallets may need an extra day to confirm carriage.
How do you deliver equipment inside the EU?
Carriage depends on the articles ordered. Charged extinguishers move as limited-quantity dangerous goods under ADR on road freight. Detectors and blankets can move on standard freight or parcel networks. We state the method and expected lead time on the quotation for your destination.
Do you sell to public sector and framework buyers?
Yes, where the framework covers wholesale supply of fire safety equipment. We can supply company registration and tax documentation packs that procurement teams ask for. Tell us the framework or tender reference and we will confirm what we can meet from our catalogue.
Is there a minimum order for wholesale deliveries?
There is no fixed minimum quantity per article, but very small orders may carry a handling charge that we show on the quotation. Pallet consolidation is usually more economical for trade buyers ordering multiple article lines together.
